We hope that you are completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchase from us. However, if you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return for store credit within 21 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a raffinejewelry.com credit via email.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.

To return or exchange an item, please forward the email receipt you received after your purchase with an explanation of what you would like to return to orders@ raffinejewelry.com.

Product Care

Each piece of Raffiné Jewelry required delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care + feed routine to extend the life of the jewelry so it can celebrate numerous milestone occasions.

After each wear, gently wipe a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box. Please note that the majority of the collection required wirework, which should be delicately handled and stored in an appropriate setting.
